Information we process

We process your email address, API key identifier, credit balance, request timing, response status, and limited security logs. MT4 login details and investor passwords are used only to perform the requested snapshot and are not stored by this service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. We do not receive or store complete payment-card details. Paddle processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

Purpose and retention

We use data to deliver the API, prevent abuse, account for credits, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Operational records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Sharing and security

We share data only with infrastructure and payment providers needed to operate the service, or where required by law. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and one-way hashing for API keys.
